## What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the item. Ready-to-ship products start from 1 to 2 pieces, while most made-to-order items sit between 10 and 200 pieces. The exact MOQ is printed on every product page next to the price.

## How do I get a price?

Use 'Add to inquiry' on the products you are interested in, then send the combined list from the inquiry page. Unit pricing depends on quantity, customisation and destination, so we quote each buyer individually. We normally reply within one hour.

## Can you produce to my own design (OEM/ODM)?

Yes. We support OEM and ODM work: sizes, colours, webbing, hardware, logo printing and retail packaging can all be produced to your specification. Send your artwork or reference sample and we will confirm feasibility and tooling.

## Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. We supply samples so you can check materials, stitching and hardware before placing a bulk order. Ask your sales contact for sample pricing and lead time for the specific item.

## Which countries do you export to?

Our main markets are North America, Northern Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia, and we ship to dozens of countries worldwide. We have export experience with both US and EU retail requirements.

## What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

T/T (bank transfer) and PayPal, quoted in US dollars or euros.

## Which delivery terms do you offer?

FOB and DDP. Tell us your destination port or address and we will quote the appropriate terms.

## How fast do you dispatch?

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched quickly for smaller trial orders. Made-to-order and customised production runs are scheduled once the order and deposit are confirmed.

## Are you a factory or a trading company?

Wenzhou Xingrang Pet Products Co., Ltd. is a trading company with in-house production and R&D capability, based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. We were established in 2023 and currently operate with a team of 5 to 10 people.

## What are your main product lines?

Pet harnesses, leashes, collars, cotton rope toys and chew toys for dogs and cats, plus related accessories such as pet bowls, water bottles, backpacks and cleaning supplies.
